Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
No refunds on delivered orders
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on orders that have been delivered. Peptides are temperature-sensitive biological compounds that require strict storage and handling conditions. Once a product has left our facility and been delivered to the customer, we have no way to verify that proper storage conditions were maintained during and after delivery.
Accepting returned peptides would compromise our quality guarantee to all customers, as we cannot ensure the integrity of a product that has been outside of our controlled environment. This policy exists to protect the safety and quality standards of every order we ship.
This is standard practice across the peptide research supply industry and is necessary to maintain the trust and safety of our products.
Refund for non-delivery or shipping issues
If your order is lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or never arrives, you are eligible for a partial refund. We will refund 20% of the order value. The remaining 80% covers the cost of raw materials, synthesis, quality testing, processing, packaging, and shipping that have already been incurred on our end.
To claim a refund for non-delivery, you must contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and tracking information.
When does the 20% refund apply?
Your package is confirmed lost by FedEx and tracking shows no delivery.
Your package arrived with visible damage and the products are compromised.
You received the wrong products (we will either reship or refund 20%).
Your package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by us.
When does a refund NOT apply?
The order has been delivered successfully (confirmed by FedEx tracking).
You provided an incorrect shipping address and the package was delivered to that address.
You changed your mind after the order has been processed and shipped.
The package was seized by customs or authorities (all shipments are legal research materials).
You did not follow proper storage instructions after receiving the product.
How to request a refund

Your order number
FedEx tracking number
Description of the issue (with photos if applicable)
Date of expected delivery
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
